How do I find the correct sizing?
We have two ways to you can size yourself. We offer instructions on our sizing chart, or you can order a sizing kit. We now offer sizing kits free with the purchase of a nail design by request. Sizing kits come with 1 full cover nail tip of each size to ensure the most accurate custom fit.
Our apparel is in men's sizing up to 4x. Men's sizing is more universal than women.
What if I lose or break a nail?
We offer replacement nails. Prices will vary. Contact us at help.getpressed@gmail.com for any additional pricing.
How long do the nails last?
Wear time does vary by individual and lifestyle. Proper nail prep is KEY to long lasting time. Nail Tabs 1-2 days, Nail Glue 1-3 weeks. Results may vary. * Remember your nails are jewels not tools!*
Are they durable and reusable?
Yes our nails are reusable if they are removed properly. (See next section for our socials to see how we remove our luxury nail sets.) Our nails are made with numerous layers of gel products (builder, hardgel, polygel, soft gel) to ensure strength, quality and durability.
How do I put the nails on?
Each nail order will come with a "How to Remove and Apply" nail instructions. You can also check out our socials to see how we apply our luxury nail sets!

Can I customize them?
Yes we specialize in custom sets as well as our made to order designs can also be customized. We recommend sending images for us to reference for the entire set and we will work together to narrow down your nail designs. We will do our best to give you exactly what you want. Once your design has been completed, we will send you a photo or video for the final result. Not all nail designs can be recreated, on a press on nail set and we may decline if it's something we cannot recreate and will offer an alternative if need be.
Once your deposit has been made you must pay your balance in full within 24 hours after receiving your invoice. If full invoice is not paid it must be paid before your press on nail set can be shipped off or picked up (when available) Please note your deposit is nonrefundable. Our Ready to Wear nail sets cannot be customized.
They don't fit what do I do?
Unfortunately, our products are handmade | made to order, and we will not be held responsible for inaccurate sizing. We highly recommend purchasing a sizing kit to ensure the most accurate custom fit. You will need to place another order.

How long will they take to receive?
Our made to order and custom designs have a creation time of 1-3 weeks. *Time is an estimate* This does not include shipping time. Nail can be done before or after the time allotted.
Shipping time will depend on the shipping you choose at checkout. Priority 1-3 days, First Class 3-5 day Express 1 day. All of these times vary by season. Please note paying for expedited will not rush your order. Please wait 24 hours for tracking number to be available. Our Ready to wear nails & sizing kits will ship out within 1-3 business days. Apparel 1-7 days. If order is placed on the weekend or holiday, it will ship out the following weekday or available shipping day.
What is your return policy?
Due to nature of the products, we make and sell, as well as the health and safety concerns. We DO NOT accept returns. Unless the product (s) are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Damaged or defective product images can be emailed to getpresseddd@gmail.com with your order number and contact information.
Double check to ensure address and contact information is accurate and up to date. Including suite and apartment numbers. We will not be held responsible for inaccurate sizing or shipping information.
Returned packages can be reshipped for a re-shipping fee.
What if my package is missing, lost, stolen?
Once your package has been shipped and received by USPS or any other carrier service chosen. GetPRESSED LLC is no longer liable or responsible for packages. Ownership of packages turned over to shipping service are the responsibility of the purchaser. GetPRESSED LLC is not responsible for lost, held, stolen parcels or to issue any replacements or refunds. We are not responsible for the mis-delivery or incorrect shipping info. You may file a claim directly with the carrier. (USPS or UPS or any other carrier)
This also applies to packages that say delivered but haven't been received, please check your surroundings or contact your local postal carriers and services. We assume no responsibility once the packages have been handed over to carrier.
What if I put my shipping address in wrong?
In the event your shipping address is entered incorrectly please contact us immediately via email help.getpressed@gmail.com with your order number and updated information. Another option is to click on the chat with us tab available on our home page.
Can I cancel?
Yes you have 24 hours to cancel. After 24 hours you agree to our purchase terms and all other terms and conditions stated above. All sales are final due to the nature of the products we sell. No refunds available. Unless otherwise stated.
